Seventeen-year-old hooligan Jerry was born with a deformed mouth and thinks that in his world, where possessions and appearances rule, there is little place for him. His unfulfilled desires pile up and he only finds unconditional support from his independent, strong mother Abbey. When Jerry gets a new set of teeth and Abbey starts to distance herself from him, the sensitive boy falls into a dangerous free fall.
